"Celebrity slid into my DMs" is one of the most-engaged Instagram parody formats. The bit is always obvious โ nobody believes a real celebrity actually messaged the user โ but the joke is in committing to the fiction fully.
This template uses the standard structure: a flattering opener, a compliment, the recipient's stunned disbelief, the celebrity's casual confirmation, an invitation. The lowercase typing and casual phrasing sell that the "celebrity" is texting like a normal person.
Important: when you build the screenshot, don't use a real celebrity's actual handle โ that can cross into impersonation territory legally. A made-up handle that's "celebrity-adjacent" (lowercased first name, a number, or a creative spelling) keeps the parody clearly fictional.
