The WhatsApp-with-mom template is the global cousin of the iMessage version — same dynamics, but on the platform that mothers worldwide actually use. WhatsApp's familiar green-and-white interface immediately reads as authentic to anyone in India, the Middle East, the UK, or anywhere outside the iPhone-dominant US.
This template uses the standard food-interrogation structure but with WhatsApp-specific touches: in-bubble timestamps next to each message, the "Beta" address that desi families use, and the closing "send photo" demand that anyone with a desi mom recognises.
When you build the screenshot, make sure the blue read receipts (double ticks) are on for sent messages — that's a WhatsApp staple. Light mode reads as authentic to most regions; the pale-green sent bubble color is the giveaway that this is WhatsApp and not iMessage.
