Yes, and there is never a watermark on any export. Without an account you get 5 free PNG downloads, plus 3 more for each of up to 2 shares (11 in total). After that a free Google sign-in is required, and signed-in users have unlimited downloads. Video exports require sign-in from the first download. There is no paid tier and no subscription.
No install. PostMock runs entirely in the browser on desktop and mobile — there is no app to download and nothing to configure. Editing and preview happen client-side; the screenshot is rendered in your own browser rather than on a server. You can start typing and see the preview without an account.
Describe a scenario in plain language ("two friends arguing about pizza") and PostMock writes the whole conversation for you, in short, natural, realistic messages. It can also continue an existing conversation by writing the other person's next replies. Tweets can be generated the same way.

Using a fabricated screenshot to deceive, defraud, impersonate a real person, harass someone, or manufacture evidence is wrong and in many places illegal — that is not what the tool is for and it is explicitly discouraged in the product.
